About Me

Hi, I’m Dr. Sumita Giri.
For over 25 years, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping young minds, first as a teacher, then as a dentist, and now as a life coach for students and parents. Through years of hands-on experience, I’ve learned that children don’t just need discipline or motivation; they need emotional connection, clarity, and support. I work closely with both parents and students to build healthier communication, improve focus, reduce stress, and create a balanced home environment. My mission is to make parenting more mindful and childhood more joyful.
Let’s guide our children, not just raise them.
Why Guidance Matters Now More Than Ever
In the busy world of today, emotional burdens are carried in silence by both parents and kids. Children experience stress, bewilderment, and emotional highs and lows when parents balance work and expectations. This frequently results in misunderstandings.
A life coach provides a safe, encouraging environment for open communication, assisting parents in quietly reflecting and children in expressing themselves.
Empowering Families. One Conversation at a Time.
Whether you’re a student struggling with pressure or a parent unsure how to support your growing child, you’re not alone. With 25+ years of experience as a teacher, life coach, and mother, I offer practical, compassionate guidance to help families navigate challenges with clarity and confidence.
Student Coaching
I assist students with stress management, job exploration, time management, and understanding their obstacles. They acquire clarity, self-assurance, and vital life skills through encouraging direction, paving the way for a more concentrated and well-rounded academic career.
Parent Coaching
I assist parents in better understanding their kids, controlling their stress and anger, and responding patiently to difficulties. Parents can strengthen relationships, enhance communication, and establish a more balanced, encouraging atmosphere at home by becoming clearer about issues.
Group Workshops (online & offline)
I establish a secure environment in my seminars where children and parents can feel heard. By hearing both sides of an issue, we can delve deeply into it, promote candid discussions, and collaborate to find workable, long-term solutions.
